ACCOMACK, Va. (AP) - Authorities are investigating two arson fires in two days on Virginia's Eastern Shore.
More than 40 arsons have been reported in Accomack County since Nov. 13, 2012.
Virginia State Police tell media outlets that the latest fire occurred late Saturday night at an abandoned barn in Parksley. The structure sustained minor damage.
Another intentionally set fire damaged an airplane hangar in Olney on Friday night. Police say no one was inside the hangar at the time of the fire.
Investigators believe most of the fires are the work of the same person. No one has been injured and most of the structures have been abandoned.
