Charlottesville Police are looking for a fugitive on the run after they say he abducted a young girl on Friday night.

They say a 13 year old girl was abducted near the Christian's Pizza on the Downtown Mall around 8:30 that night. They've been on the lookout for a hispanic male named Eleno Garcia; they say he also goes by Eleno Garcia Jacinto.

"Mr. Garcia is a 29 year old Hispanic male, he's 5' 5", 165 pounds, black hair and brown eyes," said Charlottesville Police Officer Kyle Boynton. "He's driving a white 2002 GMC Yukon it's got Virginia tags, GERYLE and we believe that he may be attempting to flee the country right now."

They say some intelligence they've received in this case leads them to believe the pair may be in Washington, D.C. right now.

The girl they're looking for is 5' 3" tall and weighs 116 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. They say this abduction was not random; the girl, they say, knew the man who took her.

Right now Charlottesville Police are working with multiple law enforcement agencies to get the girl back home safe and sound.

Investigators say if anyone has any information about this abduction or about the suspect's whereabouts, they should call Crime Stoppers at (434) 977-4000.

dozens of mexicans have murdered Americans and then go back across the border where they are safe. but I guess that's okay since a LOT of local eateries and other businesses just love the cheap labor that illegals offer. when the dollar comes before public safety the public pays the price---so pay it
