Elizabeth Daly's charges have been dropped but there are still lots of questions about what happened on April 11th, how and if Virginia ABC is going to deal with it.
It's been four days since Daly's charges have been dropped but hundreds are taking to the Virginia ABC facebook page responding to their statement posted on Friday.
But ABC's phone's aren't the only ones ringing off the hook, so are local lawmakers'.
"I've gotten enough concerned calls that I'm concerned about what's going on," said 57th District Delegate David Toscano. "We put in a call to the ABC to try to try to get some clarification of the incident that night but based on the fact that I've seen, there's a lot of explaining that needs to be done."
The ABC says they are reviewing all the details of the arrest and that night but cannot release any more information at this time.
"There's gotta be some examination of how the training occurs and what is the proper response of officers under these circumstances," Toscano said.
"You just hope that the people who have these official roles have the training that allows them to think about those things. Who am I approaching, what's the best way I can engage with them rather than just frighten them," said Carrie Palmquist, a UVa graduate student.
"The problem in this case it appears to be total overreaction to the situation and that raises some very troubling questions about how these folks are trained," Toscano said.
Clarence Roberts, a Charlottesville resident who is a retired commissioner for ABC and worked in various other roles for ABC for 37 years. Roberts says the posts he's seen online are unbelievable and everything is escalating a little too quickly before all the facts are out there about what exactly happened.
Harris Teeter does not have surveillance cameras in their parking lot, only inside the store.
CBS19 has requested the tape of the 911 call from that night. Charlottesville Police say they do not have a police report from the incident either because they did not respond.
ABC says in the next couple of weeks they will be able to release additional information as they review the arrest.
