A fugitive wanted in connection with a Charlottesville RICO trial has turned himself in to police.

Richard Johns was wanted on racketeering charges. Now, police in Philadelphia say he has turned himself in and it is likely he will return to Charlottesville.

He is expected to face a federal trial in May along with Louis Antonio Bryant, John Bryant, Clay Maupin and Terry Suggs who have all been charged in this case.
