Rivanna Water and Sewer Making Things Easier for Customers

The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority is working to make things easier of their customers.

In their regular meeting Monday, the directors decided to have one number for customers to use for convenience.

"What we're wanting to do now is make it easier for the public by providing one phone number that works all the time that would provide that contact with the public when there are urgent issues, and it can also be used if someone has a complaint about how something smells or that kind of thing--they can also call that in on that emergency line," said RWSA Executive Director Tom Frederick

RWSA hopes to have that number up and running by next month.
