McIntire Park Sets Up for Fireworks

July 3, 2008

Charlottesville is getting ready to set off their fireworks.

Boy scouts and workers were out at McIntire Park Thursday setting up the more than 1200 shells that will be fired Friday night.

Buses will start moving people at 4pm from the K-Mart parking lot and the County Office building.

Music starts at seven, and plays until the fireworks start, which will be after 9:15 pm.
