Another generous donation has been made to UVA. The Smithfeild-Luter foundation donated $5 million to UVA's cancer center. The gift is in memory of the food chains longtime director Palmer Weber. His son, Dr. Michael Weber is the director of the cancer center and he says he's honored by the donation.

"This gift will help us to recruit an individual, a physician whose specialty is in personalized medicine and in prevention on cancer,” said Dr. Michael Weber.

The money will also help fund further cancer research.
