With wintry weather on the way, you might want to get a head start on buying Valentine's Day gifts.
It's a romantic holiday, filled with "I love yous."
"You know just to go out and spend time with someone you love, and that sort of thing," said Robyn Eddy.
If you haven't bought your gifts yet, here's a tip, think simple.
"Something that's thoughtful. Nothing too expensive and nothing too cheap."
"Everybody wants those flowers on the 14th and they want them fresh and they want them in the morning so that everybody in the office can be impressed," said Bill Pensy, Co-owner of Charlottesville's Flowerman.
The best advice? Don't wait until the day of.
"You know how men are. They always wait until the last minute for everything , so they'll wake up that morning and say oh it's Valentine's Day today. and we've been to have lines out of the doors or people waiting to get flowers."
But if flowers aren't your cup of tea, consider this "lush animals, balloons, chocolates, gourmet and fruit baskets, and of course a box of chocolates. Sweets for the sweet."
