A car crash on Meade Avenue sent one person to the hospital Tuesday night.
A witness tells CBS19 a car going down Meade Ave. hit a parked minivan, and somehow flipped upside down.
Rescue crews removed one person from the car and took her to the hospital.
The owner of the minivan, Margaret Minter, said she had just parked it about 10 minutes before the crash.
"And we heard a noise that sounded like a transformer blowing, but no lights flickered, and so we came running," Minter said.
Minter discovered the car accident and called 9-1-1. She says that the broken parts of her van were material things and that they could be replaced.
The road was closed while crews cleared up the scene.
