Charlottesville Police are investigating an altercation at the Delta Upsilon Fraternity house last night.
According to police, just after midnight a group of 15 to 20 people broke into the Delta Upsilon Fraternity house and a fight ensued. Several people inside the home were injured but none were transported to the hospital.
According to residents, two of the group members were mad about being asked to leave the house earlier in the evening.
"There were punches thrown. Somebody got kicked pretty badly by a group [while] on the ground. I mean luckily he covered up and he wasn't that badly hurt," said eyewitness Fred Armes.
Police have questioned five people in regards to the incident but no arrests have been made. If charged, any suspects could face a felony count of assault.
