Police Searching for Suspects in Attempted Robbery on Grady Ave.

The Charlottesville Police Department is asking the public to help them identify two suspects involved in an attempted robbery on Grady Avenue.

The Charlottesville Police Department is asking the public to help them identify two suspects involved in an attempted robbery.

Police say shortly after midnight on Friday, April 25, two men reported being approached by two other men in the 1200 block of Grady Avenue.

The two male suspects demanded money from the victims and then assaulted them.

One of the suspects reportedly displayed a firearm during the robbery attempt.

Both suspects were described as white males in their 20’s. The first suspect was described as skinny and being 6’02” or taller with dark hair. The second suspect was under 6’00” and stocky.

Anyone with any information that could help investigators in this case is asked to call Crime Stoppers (434) 977-4000.
