Information has been slowly trickling out in this case but tonight we learn a judge has ruled against all four teens accused of plotting to attack local schools.

Tonight a juvenile court clerk is confirming that the two 13-year-olds charged in this case have been found guilty.

A 16-year-old charged in this case pleaded guilty early on. We learned the 15-year-old was convicted last week. But until today we did not know the fate of the two 13 year olds charged in this case as state confidentiality laws protect kids under the age of 14.

Behind closed doors this afternoon; a judge heard the commonwealth's motion asking for guidance on what could be revealed to the public about this case. After the hearing we were told only that the two younger teens had been convicted.

Other media today released the names and pictures of the juveniles involved in this case. You won't hear their names or photos come out of the Newsplex as we'll stick by our policy not to identify juveniles in criminal cases.

The 16-year-old was in court this morning for sentencing. His defense attorneys filed a motion for a continuance and his sentencing is now rescheduled to April 19, 2006. The 15-year-old is to be sentenced next week.
