Charlottesville police are investigating a shooting that sent one man to UVA Medical Center.
Police say the 21-year-old was found shot in the back late Friday night. This happened along the 200 block of Stribling Avenue.
According to the victim, he was knocking on an apartment door when someone came up and opened fire.
Police are now looking for a short, black male in his late teens, said to have taken off in a green vehicle.
