Nearly 20 Burmese refugees gathered on the Downtown Mall today to march for Democracy. The protest in Charlottesville is part of a worldwide campaign asking the United Nations Security Council to intervene in Burma.
Protesters claim the military regime is killing innocent citizens and leading thousands of others to flee their homeland. The march ended at the Federal Courthouse.
