A VDOT official says the CTB will instead convene at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5, for a combined workshop and action meeting.

The Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) has canceled its scheduled Jan. 15 meeting. A VDOT official says the CTB will instead convene at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5, for a combined workshop and action meeting.

The CTB will also host a public hearing to discuss the revised draft for the fiscal year 2009-2014 Six-Year Improvement Program. The public hearing starts at at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 5.

The meeting will be held at VDOT’s Central Office Auditorium, 1221 E. Broad St., Richmond, Va.

Information will be available prior to the public hearing at www.VirginiaDOT.org.

Comments may be submitted verbally and/or in writing at the public hearing. Comments can also be mailed to one of the following addresses or e-mailed to six-yearprogram@vdot.virginia.gov or to drptpr@drpt.virginia.gov. Mailed and e-mailed comments must be received by Jan. 13.
