Since January 2nd the Charlottesville Community Design Center has hosted and exhibit devoted to the importance of energy, called "Energy Matters." The exhibit has information that can be used to reduce household energy use, saving you money. Eric Gilchrist, Project Coordinator for the SPARK! Program says, "Energy efficiency is the fastest, cleanest, and cheapest way to achieve energy independence. It's cheaper than solar energy, cheaper than coal and it's the fastest way to get there as well. We have a lot of ways that we can improve and if we improve energy efficiency we save money, your own money."
Friday January 30th is the last day to see the "Energy Matters" exhibit. But if you can't make it out to the Charlottesville Community Design Center check out a web exclusive look at the exhibit right here at WCAV.TV.
