Over a hundred family and friends gathered to pay tribute to those 184 people killed when Flight 77 slammed into the Pentagon five years ago. The ceremony was lead by an honor guard and bagpipes and featured keynote addresses from Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Peter Pace, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and Vice President Dick Cheney.

After the ceremony, family and friends gathered and shared hugs and tears remembering that day five years ago and the loved ones that never came home.

One of those who was remembering was Natalie Conners. Her father, retired Lt. Col. Bob Hymel was killed when the office he was working in was struck by the plane. She wanted to come to the ceremony to remember a great man and give the chance for her two young children to get to know a little bit about their grandfather.
