A former Charlottesville pastor will spend 60 days in jail. Fifty-three-year-old Gregory Briehl pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor charges on Tuesday.
Prosecutors say the former Peace Lutheran Church associate pastor used hidden cameras to videotape his house guests in different stages of undress.
One of the women videotaped testified, but prosecutors did not show the videotaped evidence in court out of respect for the victims. They did not want to bring further embarrassment to the women.
Briehl also faces 20 counts of child pornography. Police said they found 100 photographs of underage children on his computer.
A hearing on those charges is scheduled for next month.
