The concert is sold out for both shows. With almost 15,000 seats per night, being the largest arena in the state isn't slowing the demand, but there is a chance you can still score some tickets.
Dave Matthews Band tickets have been sold out since they went on sale, and you had to plan to get them right away.
"It was 10 p.m. when they went on sale, I got them I believe at 10:30," said Danny Eaton who is a UVa student.
Eaton is one of the lucky few. Some missed them when they were released and are now scouring eBay.
"It was pretty hard. I mean I tried to get them on the day they went on sale, but it was really hard to get through. And then there were just a couple tickets left, and I got them [Thursday]. I'm pretty excited," said Ashish Sharma who works at UVa.
EBay has everything from the cheap to the very expensive. But those selling said it wasn't hard to find clients.
"No, very easy, very easy," said Will Lanahan who sold his tickets.
The John Paul Jones Arena Web site has been releasing some tickets periodically and said it's possible a few more may be available before the show.
If you do have tickets there are some things you should know about parking.
Parking is available at the Law School lots for both nights, and a pass is not required. The Darden lots and garage are open for the Saturday show.
The two pay lots are $15 for U-Hall West, and $10 for UVa Emmet/Ivy Garage. Both only accept cash, and passes will be sold at the lot gates.
The UVa Central Grounds Garage will be open, and hourly fees apply.
There is free parking at UVa Facilities Management lots and St. Anne's Belfield. Both are a 15-20 minute walk.
All of the lots open at 5:30 p.m. on Friday and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday except St. Anne's which opens at 5:30 p.m. both days.
