Shop Teacher Hurt In Class

A shop teacher in Albemarle County was rushed to the hospital Monday morning following an accident with a machine.

The Headmaster of the Miller School in Crozet said the shop instructor got his hand stuck in a belt sander.

It happened around 9:30 a.m.

Albemarle County firefighters pulled his hand out of the machine, and took him to Martha Jefferson Hospital.
