The Albemarle High School soccer coach arrested for having child pornography in his home was in court on Thursday.
Raja Jabbour made an appearance in federal court during a hearing to determine if his arrest in January 2004 was justified.
Jabbour's defense tried to convince a judge the arrest made in Ohio which led to another arrest in Charlottesville was the result of entrapment. The judge did not agree.
There was also a questions of Jabbour not being read his Miranda Rights, but it was later acknowledged the rights were waived.
The hearing also put new information about the case into public knowledge. The prosecution added photos and emails into evidence for the pending trial.
Jabbour remains in jail.
