If you were out on Route 29 Saturday, you may have seen what looked like a Hell's Angels Convention. It was actually a fundraiser, raising money for cancer research.

The Minute Men motorcycle club based out of Culpeper held a Poker Run to benefit the Children's Cancer Center at the University of Virginia.

Members are from all over Central Virginia, including Greene, Louisa, Orange, and Madison counties. The route took them from Greene County down to Charlottesville. The group made a stop at Riverside Restaurant.

"We wanted to get out here and help the kids," says "Ricochet", a Minute Men organizer. "We see those that are, you know, less fortunate, and that's what we wanted to do, we wanted to give back."

Ricochet says he's been passionate about motorcycles all his life, and as he grew older he found a way to transform his love of biking into a way to help people.

The drive ended with a Bike and Car Show at the Northside Restaurant in Ruckersville.
