If your boss will let you, you should work from home Monday. That's Governor Kaine's message to Virginians.

The Governor declared August 3rd "Telework Day" in the Commonwealth.

It's designed to encourage folks to work using phone and email, saving workers and the environment from the typical daily commute. For those companies that don't let employees telework, state officials are suggesting they give it a try to see if it may be a viable option in the future.

Wow, that Tim Kaine does it again. Why do we hear of his "proclamation" the morning of the day it is to happen? Should I go home now? This is just another example of why Virginia is in the mess it is.
