Navy Lawyer Arraigned

The navy lawyer was arraigned in a military court in Norfolk for passing the information about the detainees to an unauthorized person.

Lieutenant Commander Matthew Diaz could face up to 36 years in prison if convicted. He was stationed in Guantanamo Bay from July 2004 until January 2005.

The 41-year-old Diaz is charged with three counts, including conduct unbecoming an officer.

No trial date has been set.
