Police Arrest Suspect In Weekend Stabbing

Charlottesville police arrested a suspect in a weekend stabbing that happened March 10th.

Police arrested 20-year-old Joseph Ray Wells Jr. with assault, battery by mob and malicious wounding by mob. The stabbing took place Saturday morning in the Water Street parking lot.

Police are still searching for three other suspects all in the mid to late 20s, one Hispanic male, one thin black male, and another unidentified suspect. The suspects were allegedly driving a small black car.
