University police have made three more arrests in Monday night's incident that scared several students.

UVa police responded to a 911 call on Monday after getting reports of someone dressed in all black walking on campus with a gun. After responding, students told police it was a robbery scene in a film project.

The gun turned out to a BB gun. Christopher Smith, a UVa student who had the gun, was arrested at the scene. University police on Thursday arrested Eric Chau, Caroline Choe and Jerry Hsieh, each charged with brandishing a firearm.

Albemarle County Commonwealth's Attorney Jim Camblos commented on the charges. "I don't want to talk about the facts of it but who was holding what isn't as important as what the four of them were doing," he said. "You have to look at it with the perspective of the person who is put in the sheer panic of the moment."

We talked to one of the students who had locked themselves in a study room, fearing the worst.

"The whole time I am in there I am thinking it is Virginia Tech again. It just happened and now someone is doing the same thing and please God don't let me die," said Elyse McKenney.

McKenney said she was trying to help another student who suffered a panic attack. She told us the girl called her mother. "She called her just wanted to tell her I love you just in case."

The three students appeared in court Friday morning. All were released on bond.

A trial date is scheduled for June 1, 2007.
