Legendary music icon and Beatle member John Lennon's artwork is on showcase this weekend.
The collection titled "Come together" is being showcased at the former visitors' center in downtown Charlottesville to raise money for the local charity, Computers 4 Kids.
The exhibit organizer tells us that spreading Lennon's artwork is a way to continue spreading the late musicians message of peace and love.
"When you look at the work and you see the lyrics for In My Life and you see the love that he had for his son and for his family, and you see that he really lived those messages that he was talking about throughout the course of his life," said Rudy Siegel with Legacy Productions.
The John Lennon art collection will be available for viewing Friday through Sunday.
