Two men are in custody but have not yet been charged in the death of Marilyn Baker.

The 62 year-old Orange woman passed away Thursday morning and police believe it's possible she was struck in the head while trying to stop two men from fighting.

Orange Police responded to a report of a fight in progress Wednesday night on Cathedral Place. After arriving officials say they discovered evidence of a fight between two men.

A 62-year-old unresponsive woman was found on the ground with a head injury. Authorities had the female airlifted to VCU Medical Center where she later died. Police identified the woman as Marilyn Baker. They are continuing there investigation.
