Charlottesville Man Arrested On Rape Charges

A woman is recovering Sunday night after allegedly being raped this weekend in Charlottesville.

Julian Bailey was arrested and charged with forcible rape. Charlottesville Police say Bailey grabbed a woman, pulled her behind a building, and sexually assaulter her.

It happened in the 400 block of 5th Street South West in Charlottesville.

The victim was treated at the UVA Medical Center.
