Michael Vick's two remaining co-defendants will now appear in court on Friday for plea agreements originally scheduled for Thursday.
Purnell Peace of Virginia Beach had been scheduled to enter his plea tomorrow morning. That hearing has been rescheduled for immediately after a hearing for Quanis Phillips of Atlanta.
Phillips will go before federal Judge Henry Hudson at 9 a.m. Friday. Peace is scheduled to enter his plea at 9:15. The change streamlines proceedings in a case that its expected to draw a large crowd of reporters and other spectators to the federal courthouse in Richmond.
Another co-defendant, Tony Taylor of Hampton, has already pleaded guilty to his role in the dogfighting enterprise and agreed to testify against Vick, the star quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons. Vick's trial is scheduled for late November.
