Judge Continuing Fight Over Lost Pants

An administrative judge in Washington, D.C. is continuing to fight over a missing pair a pants despite losing a $54 million lawsuit against a dry cleaners over the pants.

Roy Pearson filed the suit against the couple that owns the dry cleaning business he says lost a pair of his pants. After taking the $54 million suit to court, Pearson lost.

Now Pearson is appealing the verdict to the city's highest court. Meanwhile a lawyer for the couple says they have dropped their attempt to recover legal costs in hopes Pearson will drop his appeal.

During the trial one of the shop owners testified that Pearson's pants were found but Pearson testified that the pants were not his.
