Madison County Sheriffs Investigating Threat Against Officers

September 11, 2007

The Madison County Sheriff's office is investigating an implied threat against three of their officers.

On Monday night a deputy discovered the outline of three bodies painted on a roadway while on routine patrol. Authorities say there were the badge numbers of three of its officers associated with the body outlines.

Officials say the incident is being taken very seriously and ask anyone with any information to contact Sergeant Shawn Hill with the Madison County Sheriff's office at 540-948-5161.
