Albemarle Police Begin Click It or Ticket Campaign

May 20, 2013

The national Click It or Ticket campaign begins on Monday, and Albemarle County Police want you to buckle up, or beware.

Albemarle County will have many police officers working overtime, to find drivers who are speeding, not wearing a seat belt, or driving under the influence.

The extra work is covered by a grant.

Police say seat belt use is often a contributing factor in fatal crashes.
