The case of a former Boy Scout leader accused of sexually assaulting a child is now headed to a grand jury.
David Watkins, from Keswick, waived his right to a preliminary trial Monday morning. The grand jury will now handle the case, which means it will not be open to the public or the media.
Watkins is accused of forcible sodomy with a child under the age of 13, in 2005.
