Charlottesville is one of the best small cities for working women, according to a new study.
The study was done by NerdWallet, a personal finance service, using data from the US census.
Charlottesville came in fourth in the list of best small cities for women to work. Napa, California takes the top spot on the list.
Washington, DC topped the list of big cities, and Durham, North Carolina topped the list of medium cities.
Cities were ranked based on pay for women, smallest gender gap in salaries, number of women in high-paying jobs and population growth.
