Charlottesville City Police have made two arrests in connection to a car-jacking and shooting.

Police arrested 23 year-old Jamel Jovan Jackson and a 17 year-old juvenile. Both are charged with robbery, felonious assault, and grand larceny.

Investigators say the two suspects and a third person walked up to a man who was sitting in a car on Longwood Drive last week. The suspects robbed the man and stole the car.

A shot was fired, which grazed the victim, but he did not need medical attention.

The suspects then took off in the victim's car, a yellow Nissan X-Terra, which was found a short time later.

Charlottesville City Police are still looking for a third suspect in a car-jacking and shooting.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 977-400.
