Community Theatre in Need of Donations

March 29, 2013

Play On Theatre is looking for a new home, because they can no longer afford the rent in the Ix Building.

Earlier this week, the theater started a campaign to raise at least $20,000.

The Executive Director, Alex Citron, says it is really a theatre "for the community, by the community."

Frank Ix Properties says they fully support the theatre and have helped them out for months, but want to find a tenant who can pay the full market price.

Play On has so far raised $3,000.
