The man accused of abducting a child at the Fashion Square Mall in November will have to wait for his day in court.
47 year-old James Kevin Key walked into court Monday morning, only to have his case continued until February.
Key is facing a felony abduction charge. Defense attornies say Key suffered from a type of seizure and was disoriented when he grabbed the child.
