Two people charged with arson on Virginia's Eastern Shore are set to appear in court in June.
Hearings for 38-year-old Charles Smith III, and 40-year-old Tonya Bundick were set for next week but were pushed to June 17.
The date was moved after defense attorneys requested psychological evaluations for the suspects.
Police arrested Bundick and Smith in April, charging both with one count of arson and one count of conspiracy to commit arson.
