Cville Man Arrested for Pulling Gun Allegedly Over A Parking Spot

A Charlottesville man is facing charges for pulling a gun on a man during a parking dispute on November 12th.

The Charlottesville Police Department say 75-year-old Lee Hoff pulled a gun on a man who allegedly parked his car at the Exxon station at Maury and Fontaine, and walked across the street to a pizza restaurant.

Police say the altercation took place when the victim returned to his car.

Hoff is due in court December 14th.
