In court papers, Albemarle County Board of Supervisor Chris Dumler responds to the lawsuit to have him removed from office.

He admits he has not held a town hall meeting with constituents since his arrest on felony forcible sodomy in October.

But he denies other allegations saying he can not do his job as a Supervisor.

A trial date for his civil suit is set for Monday, May 20.
