CBS 19's Bob Beard spoke with Scheline Crutchfield and Dr. Peggy Plews-Ogan about an upcoming panel during the Festival of the Book.
Dr. Plews-Ogan wrote "Choosing Wisdom", which is about growing through adversity in a positive way.
She will be part of a panel of women discussing how they got through difficult moments in their lives using positive techniques.
The panel event, called "Challenge Into Change: Women Choosing Wisdom", starts at 6:00 PM and will be held at the Renaissance School on 418 E Jefferson St on March 20.
