After Sunday's Christmas parade in Crozet, hundreds of people gathered at the fire department for some festive fun.
Children got a chance to meet with Santa and get their picture taken with him, while other parade goers snacked on cookies and warm drinks.
The parade is organized each year by the Crozet Volunteer Fire Department. Members say it's a chance to have fun and show the community what they do year round.
"Crozet Volunteer Fire Department is a strictly volunteer organization. Every member you see here puts in their time, they put in their duty nights, and they really enjoy coming down. So, we like to have the people come to our house and see what we do on a daily basis. 24/7 is the way we operate," said Lieutenant Larry DeVault.
Kids were also able to get behind the wheel of an old-fashioned fire truck that led Sunday's parade.
