Files in Alleged Attack of Delegate's Wife Sealed

Feb. 28, 2014

Details of the investigation into an alleged attack on Delegate David Toscano's wife will have to wait.

Many of the documents concerning the reported attack have been sealed by a judge.

Claire Ogilvie, 35, is charged with breaking into the Toscano home on Monday and attacking the delegate's wife.

In a statement released Thursday, the family says they met Ogilvie in 2010 on a semester at sea voyage, befriended her when she moved to Charlottesville, but then became concerned about her behavior in 2012.
