A new housing report out Tuesday indicates foreclosure rates in the Charlottesville area are falling.
According to CoreLogic, foreclosure rates in November 2012 at just over three quarters of a percent. In 2011, foreclosure rates for November were .96 percent.
The Charlottesville rate is also lower than the national foreclosure rate, that rate sits at about 3 percent.
