A former Culpeper Police secretary who pleaded guilty to forgery has avoided jail time.
56-year-old Bethany Parr Sullivan received a 5-year suspended sentence.
Reports say, a judge also ordered Sullivan to submit to DNA testing and to be on good behavior for 10-years.
Sullivan had pleaded guilty in March to forgery of a public document.
She was charged with altering the results of a police department applicant's entrance exam in May 2010.
