Involuntary Manslaughter Suspect Out of Jail

Joseph Martin Terry III has been released from jail on his own recognizance. He is facing a charge of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Vincent Shifflett, who died after suffering an aneurysm.

The man arrested in connection to the death of a 22-year-old man in Albemarle County is out of jail.

Joseph Martin Terry III has been released from jail on his own recognizance.

Terry is facing a charge of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Vincent Shifflett, who died after suffering an aneurysm last month.

The Shifflett family believed Vincent had been hit by someone, which lead to the aneurysm.
