A James Madison University student is recovering Saturday night at the University of Virginia Medical Center after falling three stories from a fraternity house.
Police say the 21-year-old woman fell from the roof of the Delta Chi fraternity on JMU's campus. It happened shortly before 2 p.m. Saturday as the fraternity was celebrating Founder's Day.
Police are still investigating but say structural problems do not appear to be a factor.
