Lt. Governor Candidate Speaks with PVCC Students

April 22, 2013

A candidate for Virginia's Lieutenant Governor speaks with students at Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC).

Republican E.W. Jackson made a trip to Albemarle County.

He's speaking about having respect for The Constitution, and for America's "founding principles."

The Chesapeake pastor says he is worried about the direction the country is headed and that it's time to get back on track using those principles.

"I want to bring the very best out of us. I want to see our economy booming so that there’s opportunities for all of us. And I want to see us appeal to the very best that America has to offer to us and from us."

Jackson says he will be busy over the coming weeks as he travels around Virginia to meet voters.
