Two Albemarle County schools have been without power since Wednesday's storm: Meriwether Lewis Elementary and Walton Middle School.
School officials say they've been told power will be restored by Saturday night so school should be back in session on Monday for those students.
The superintendent will make a decision within the next few weeks about how to make up the missed school days.
